Gene Ontology (GO) annotation predictions for the genes of Plasmodium falciparum. It involves both the ~60% of genes that lake GO annotation, and the genes that are already annotated in GeneDB. Predictions of PlasmoDraft are based on transcriptome, proteome, and interactome data, and are thus complementary to predictions achieved by sequence homology.
